Works to ensure the hydraulic and process operation of the existing WWTP:
Demolition of the existing buildings of the current WWTP
Preliminary site clearing and earthworks for ground levelling in the areas to be built
Earthworks for the placement of the elements to be built, using 3 reinforced concrete teams
Pile foundations, using a specialised team
Masonry installation and finishings, using 3 civil construction teams
Painting of elements
Metalwork installation; installation of wastewater and stormwater drainage and water supply networks in the operations building, workshop and warehouse
Installation of HVAC system in the operations building
Installation of furniture in the operations building and laboratory
Hydraulic circuits; fencing installation
Landscaping
Asphalt paving
Submission of preliminary as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manual
