External landscaping, accesses and infrastructure for a holiday residence consisting of a main house built in handmade solid clay brick and an exposed-concrete agricultural support building.
The most relevant works comprised the construction of the main vehicle access to the property, executed in local materials (stabilised decomposed granite — saibro) bordered by rows of yellow granite cobblestones and irregular cobble paving in the same material. Pedestrian paths, square and walkways were built around the main house, using a geogrid solution filled with rolled-pebble gravel.
The contract also included water supply, domestic sewage and stormwater drainage networks, as well as conduit installation for decorative lighting, CCTV and telecommunications.
